Check-in was super easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful! Loved the quick WiFi and having a free shuttle to the beach, made our days stress-free. The room was clean and comfy, just what we needed after a long journey!

Lovely Apartment with a Cozy Garden

The suite I stayed in was spacious with a nice enclosed garden that was perfect for relaxing with a book. The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring a washing machine and all essential appliances, making it feel like a home away from home. it would have been better if there were more bathroom facilities since it only had one bathroom, which could be inconvenient for bigger groups.

The apartment I stayed in had a loud, leaking AC that kept me awake at night. I reported it to the staff, but nothing was done. the cleanliness was disappointing, as I found outdated fruit that attracted flies, making my stay extremely uncomfortable.

the room was not only tiny, but the noise from other guests was unbearable. i almost left a great review until i noted that i was never offered an upgrade despite all these inconveniences. i would expect some kind of preferential treatment for managing through such an unfortunate stay. Just couldn’t, honestly.
